2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Services and Products
3.1 Corporate Gifting
We offer a wide range of corporate gifting solutions including:
- Corporate Gift Hampers
- Branded Promotional Products
- Employee Appreciation Gifts
- Conference & Events Gifts
- Holiday Corporate Gifts
- Executive Gifts
3.2 Warehousing and Distribution
We provide complete turnkey solutions for supply, storage, and distribution. Our services include:
- Stock replenishment management
- Real-time tracking via WSM systems
- KPI monitoring as per SLAs
- Nationwide delivery
3.3 Digital Marketing
Our digital marketing services include innovative strategies, creative designs, and data-driven solutions tailored to your business needs.
4. Orders and Quotes
4.1 Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are subject to product availability and price changes.
4.2 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after we receive written acceptance of our quote and any required deposit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4.3 Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product and will be specified in your quote. We cater to both small and large corporate clients.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed in your quote.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit required to confirm orders for custom products
- Balance due before delivery or collection
- For established clients with approved credit, terms may be negotiated
5.3 Payment Methods
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and bank transfers. Proof of payment must be provided.
6. Custom Branding and Artwork
6.1 Artwork Requirements
For custom branded products, you must provide:
- High-resolution logo files (AI, EPS, PDF, or PNG with transparent background)
- Color specifications (Pantone or CMYK)
- Any specific placement instructions
6.2 Artwork Approval
We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Production will not commence until you have approved the proof in writing.
6.3 Artwork Revisions
Minor revisions are included. Significant changes may incur additional charges.
7. Production and Delivery
7.1 Production Time
Production times vary by product and quantity. Estimated timelines will be provided in your quote. Production begins after artwork approval and deposit receipt.
7.2 Delivery
We deliver nationwide with real-time tracking available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
7.3 Collection
Orders may be collected from our facility by appointment. Proof of identity may be required.
8. Inspection and Acceptance
You must inspect all products upon delivery. Any defects, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Failure to report within this time constitutes acceptance of the products.
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of branded products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom items unless they are defective or do not match the approved proof.
9.2 Defective Products
If products are defective, we will, at our option, either replace them or issue a refund. We may require the return of defective items at our expense.
9.3 Non-Custom Products
Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days in original condition for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is your responsibility.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Your Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property you provide. You grant us permission to use these materials for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
10.2 Our Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, text, and images, is our property and may not be used without our written consent.
11. Confidentiality
We will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific products or services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated effective date.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and JZ&D Digital Marketing regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
